JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibility is to develop channel partner relationships with our distribution partners and resellers to achieve revenue targets and market share. This includes providing leadership to our distribution partners to grow revenue from existing resellers and to assist in the recruitment, training, and development of qualified new channel resellers.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
Responsibilities:
- Implement Channel Partner Program for allotted territories.
- Identify potential partners and negotiate partnerships
- Manage and motivate reseller/channel partners to ensure revenue growth, partner satisfaction, end user/customer satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows, events, training, and outings
- Maintain a database for all customer data
- Ensure resellers meet their target and revenue goals, as detailed in their business plans
- Develop new reseller channels for BitDefender products
- Partner with Marketing team to drive ROI
REQUESTS:
- Excellent English and Italian languages knowledge
- 3-4 years of experience in sales and channel management with proven track record of results
- Strong network and influential relationships within channel and distribution
- Exceptional presentation skills (including value propositions) coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prospecting, closing, and account management skills needed to grow reseller/channel partners, and to assist partners in targeting end user prospects
- Proven ability to leverage channel and partner opportunities, and develop strong relationships with resellers
