JOB DESCRIPTION: The position is based at the BitDefender HQs in Bucharest
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Offers Technical Support service to the BitDefender customers via phone, email and Live Assistance in order to ensure the BitDefender business objectives, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
- Approaches and solves based on the competencies matrix the technical support
requests arrived via the dedicated support channels;
- Shares technical information about the products with the other teams involved;
- Build, assimilate, implement, audit and improve working procedures;
