Inside Sales Account Specialist

BitDefender, the world's fastest growing Antivirus software company, is seeking a seasoned professional who will focus on expanding Bit Defender's business in target markets by qualifying new prospective clients and growing existing accounts. Reporting to the Channel Sales Director, the selected candidate will coordinate a variety of sales support activities, including the execution and follow-up of sales and marketing campaigns, and lead generation.
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
· Performing outbound calls to new prospects and follow up on sales leads
· Achieve individual, team and country revenue targets (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly)
· Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming leads to insure follow up, proposal delivery, and close in a timely fashion
· Recruit new resellers through outbound calling
· Overcoming technical and business objections of prospective customers
· Providing management reports on lead qualification, prospecting and existing account support activities
· Demonstrate products via web conference to support sales/presales process
· Qualifying and Distributing leads to Channel partners
· Cultivating sales leads from events and work with assigned Channel Partner on follow-up
· Managing account details through CRM, ensuring accurate information and up to date sales pipeline
· Working with Channel Manager on longer term account strategies and incentive plans
· Supporting the Sales Manager with account management functions
REQUESTS:
Minimum Qualifications
· 2+ years of sales or related experience
· 2+ years of customer service or related experience
· Previous software / technical sales experience (preferred)
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business (preferred)
· Previous channel sales experience a big plus!
Required Technical Skills & Abilities
· Knowledge of information technology principles and practices
· Ability to quickly learning new concepts and relating new technology benefits to the prospect / client
· Basic knowledge of network technologies
· Proficiency using Microsoft® Office products
Required Non-technical Skills & Abilities
· Excellent customer relations and communications skills
· Friendly, outgoing and self-confident, with a high level of patience
· Excellent organizational skills in a multi-task environment
· Proven creative problem-solving abilities
· Ability to effectively manage own time to support technical sales team and ensure requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
· Ability to perform limited travel to customer sites and tradeshows/events
