JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
Coordinates the outsourcing projects in Customer Care;
Coordinates the outsourcing services suppliers;
Makes sure that the service provided to BitDefender customers is the best from a quality perspective;
Continuously analyze market opportunities.
Constantly improve the budget allocated to the outsourcing services;
REQUESTS:
Requirements:
- University degree;
- At least 3 years experience in Customer Service or Technical support;
- At least 1 year experience in contract negotiations or contract monitoring.
- Basic Windows OS knowledge;
- Linux basic knowledge;
- English - advanced level
