JOB DESCRIPTION: Join BitDefender Customer Care department!

JOB RESPONSABILITIES: - Makes sure that the quality objectives in terms of the customer interaction process (self-service, email, Live Assistance, phone and forum) are met;
- Makes sure that work related procedures are followed;
- Implement and participate at improving the global and local Customer Care policies in such manner that the Customer Care Team's objectives regarding quality are met;
- Monitors activity of Customer Care representatives on a daily, weekly and monthly basis according to procedures;
- Offers feedback to Customer Care representatives in order to improve the quality of the customer interaction process;

REQUESTS: - Student or holder of bachelor degree;
- Basic Windows OS knowledge;
- MS Office: word, excell, powerpoint, outlook.
- English - advanced level
- German - advanced level
