JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Creates the integrated reporting platform ensuring integration between data coming from all departments in BitDefender
- Automates data gathering and reporting process.
- Creates and analyzes KPI reports based upon data gathered from all departments that influence BitDefender Customer Care activity;
- Creates and monitors new KPIs relevant for our line of business;
REQUESTS:
Requirements:
- Student or holder of bachelor degree;
- Advanced Windows OS knowledge;
- Advanced MS Access and MS Excel knowledge;
- English - advanced level
