JOB DESCRIPTION: The position is based at the BitDefender HQs in Bucharest. As Customer Service Representative, you’ll enjoy a youthful work environment while enriching your portfolio with a worldwide customer service experience and act like common escalation point for our support branches world wide.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES: You'll be required to:

  • provide customer assistance by email, chat and phone in a timely fashion and be responsible for the provision of the highest levels of product expertise within BitDefender Customer Service.
  • provide feedback and continuously work towards improving customer services to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.

    REQUESTS:

    • prove proficiency in foreign languages, the more, the better. ENGLISH is a must and GERMAN, SPANISH or FRENCH are competitive advantages;
    • strong skills for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Desktops
    • excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast-learner, agile, dynamic, energetic and customer service-driven;
    • work both independently and as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to your work;
    • possess strong personal organizational skills.
